Victoria Hewitt - RYT 200 hr
Victoria began her yoga practice in 2014. Having an extensive athletic background in rowing and lacrosse, she thought yoga would be a nice continuation of living a healthy lifestyle. She took her first Vinyasa class and never looked back.
Victoria is known for her authentic and non-judgmental teaching style. When you take her class, you can expect a deep stretch and challenging workout, tailored to each students’ needs. Although she is a teacher, she will always be a student and loves to learn from everyone who comes into her class.
When she isn't teaching yoga, you can find her spending time with family and enjoying good wine.
Megan is a mom of 4, wife, yoga instructor, life coach, entrepreneur, and lover of life, on a mission to help women create and live a life they LOVE through yoga and life coaching. Yoga and cooking are her therapy, she loves dating her husband, making memories with her kids, and spending quality time with her girlfriends sets her soul on fire. Megan lives in a no judgement zone no matter your season or story you are part of her tribe. Megan’s goal is to transform your body and mind each yoga practice together. Megan offers easy to follow cues, modifications, and motivation through her language and flows to challenge you while still honoring your body and mind.

Jessica is an occupational therapist and yoga therapist in training who's goal is to guide students deeper into their own self-healing through the practice of yoga. Her style is playful yet centered with a strong foundation in anatomy, breath work, meditation and self discovery. She teaches and modifies classes to accommodate yogis of all levels and abilities.
Jessica's yoga practice has lead her on a journey of healing pain and anxiety. She would like to create a community at the Retreat that embodies continual learning and growth.
Jessica's hobbies include drawing, petting animals, reading and exercise.
Rona warmly welcomes all levels & all uniquely abled bodies to her classes. As a Massage Therapist & Kinesiologist since 2013, and Yoga practitioner since 1998, she draws on the intimate link between the two fields to inform her teachings greatly. She uses thoughtful and creative sequencing to help cultivate body awareness, energy balance, & mindfulness habits. Yoga philosophy & principles are effortlessly woven within her all-encompassing classes; encouraging self-evolution to help raise collective consciousness.
